These terms apply to The Golden Hotline Automation, an owner-operated local tool used to manage releases for The Golden Hotline YouTube channel.

Authorized use

The application is intended only for the channel owner and people the owner explicitly authorizes. It may be used only with accounts and media the user is permitted to manage.

Human approval

The application supports a review workflow. Public uploads, schedules, thumbnail changes, and other external actions remain subject to the owner's explicit approval gates.

Third-party platforms

Use of YouTube and Google services is also governed by their applicable terms and policies. Their availability, processing times, quotas, and authorization rules are outside this application's control.

No public service commitment

This tool is maintained for the owner's internal workflow. It is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with future third-party platform changes.

Responsible content

The user remains responsible for ensuring that uploaded audio, video, artwork, metadata, and scheduling decisions comply with applicable rights and platform requirements.

Changes

These terms and the privacy policy may be updated when the local workflow or its Google integration changes. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
